Service Providers and Contractors: We may share information with vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf. This includes providers of data storage, hosting, and processing, as well as analytics and LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) who help us generate responses and insights based on your queries. When using LLM providers, we may send portions of Customer Content, including queries, prompts, and contextual data, to these third-party LLM providers for processing. These LLM providers may have their own terms and privacy policies, and by using our Services, you consent to the transmission of your data to them. We will take commercially reasonable steps to select reputable LLM providers and implement security measures, but we cannot guarantee their performance or data handling practices.

Affiliates: We may share information with our affiliates for internal business purposes.
